Someone advised me to come here when i mentioned I had what appeared to be a leak? I got in right away and as soon as i got off work i was able to pick my van up. Great price, great customer service and so quick. I needed a new radiator. I did not miss any extra time from work. Very pleased. Thank you Cody!

Big, HUGE thank you to the Northstar guys! They were very kind, quick and fair. I found out (from other peoples’ experiences at different shops) that the fix I needed could have been sooooooo expensive if someone wanted to gouge me. However, these guys did the fix quickly and at such a fair and good price. Ladies, as someone that’s new to the area and didn’t know where to go or what to do……go to Northstar! They are friendly, will explain what you need to know (not mansplain) and be very fair.

Great automobile car care and fair prices to fix your vehicle. Every vehicle is treated like it was their own. Everyone has your best interests at heart. This business is a bonus to Juneau and surrounding areas. The owner definitely should be commended on his business ethics.

North Star Auto is the best auto shop in Juneau I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had a (large) unexpected issue with my car last week and these guys went above and beyond to help me out. This involved rear brakes, wheel bearing, and steering knuckle removal and replacement. They had my 20 year old car inspected and completely fixed within two days. Cody and Aaron are professional mechanics and actually take the time to speak to customers on vehicle maintenance issues. I was astounded at the level of kindness this shop gave me. I can't thank them enough. Customer for life!

Great crew over at Northstar Auto Care. I’ve been taking my older model Honda civic to Cody, Aaron and Charles for some time now. I know that they are thorough and always take great care to make sure what NEEDS doing gets done. Highly recommend going to these guys for the best care of your vehicle in Juneau.

Huge shoutout to Cody at Northstar Auto Care! I really thought I was going to end up car shopping. Having an old Santa Fe with 105000 miles gave me reason But easy tow from Capital Towing (super easy/super nice) and within 6 hours I got my car back on the road shifting and riding like a dream! Sorry about the rust bath you got Cody☺️ but I will spread the word on the awesome care you took!! Thanks a million!!♥️. Kat

Very friendly people and a quality shop. They fixed a problem I had “repaired” a few times elsewhere that kept not getting fixed (another shop incorrectly diagnosed). They are honest trustworthy people and I won’t go anywhere else now.

5 star work!! I don't let anyone else in town touch my vehicle. Every time I take my vehicle they make sure the issue is fixed at a great price. Very professional. Cody & Aaron are the best. Love the dog too!! Would recommend to anyone.
